Schneider Children's Center is a state licensed facility serving children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old and is now open to the public. We have a highly educated and experienced staff with low turnover and low child to staff ratios. Staff are enrolled in the Oregon Registry and we are a Commitment to Quality center (QRIS) and a 2014 Farm to Preschool Grant recipient. We have a commercial kitchen with a full time cook who prepares wonderful healthy meals, made mostly from scratch, at no extra cost to families. We offer learning-rich indoor and outdoor environments, as well as opportunities such as walking field trips to the Growers Market and area parks and playgrounds. We invite presenters from the community and university to come speak to, or perform for, the children. Several options are available for parent involvement.
